Which plan do you recommend?
The most popular plan is our Academy plan. However, we also offer a free plan so you can try out sprout and see if it works for you.
What happens if I want to cancel my plan?
You can cancel your Sprout plan at any time. Also, since you own all school data as well as the domain name (if using a custom one), you can download your course, student, and revenue information so you can build your own website or use another service.
Can I use my own domain name?
On our academy plan and above, you can use your own domain name (example.com). Also, every sprout plan comes with a free domain (schoolname.thisissprout.com).
Do you charge a setup fee?
No setup fees, no hidden charges. Its free to start using Sprout
How do transaction fees work?
We do not charge transaction fee. However, the payment gateway transaction fees for Paystack applies as follows ; 1.5%+ 100 for local transactions and 3.9% + N100 for international transactions. See full pricing details here
Can Sprout be used for Universities?
Yes. At the moment , you have to reach out to us to setup Sprout LMS for your university while educators or training academies can set up on the platform. If you’re looking to use sprout for your university, you can contact us directly at contact@thisissprout.com and we will reach out within 24hours.
Can I offer free courses with Sprout?
Yes you can
Do I need a web host?
No. Sprout hosts all your course content on a secured and encrypted cloud server. If you are on a plan that allows custom domain, your students won’t see the sprout domain but your school domain. e.g schoolname.edu
Is there a limit to how much content I can upload?
Every Sprout plan allows unlimited video and course content bandwidth. You can upload as many courses, videos, PDFs, etc. as you like
